To start a warranty claim, you can contact us at help@prctzusa.com.

You’ll also need to include the below in the e-mail:

  • The receipt or proof of purchase
  • Photos of your products/missing parts
  • First Name     
  • Last Name 
  • Item#
  • Address
  • Phone Number

If your warranty claim is accepted, we’ll send you the requested missing parts within 48 business hours.

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package for damages requiring further investigation.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
